Although the store is more for everyday garments, basics and accessories, there will be limited edition items on sale too. Before you purchase an item, if want to know more about our customizing, get in touch HERE and well do our very best to accommodate and negotiate the price for you.

Each item is thoroughly inspected for quality to ensure that you, the customer is happy with the product.

COMISSIONS & BESPOKE:

Stephanie De Góis has come from a fashion design background which specialises in couture. Made-to-measure is a special treat. Compared to high street it is made for you, your fit and shape, using the right techniques to sew different fabrics. So if you want something a little bit different and made just for you, email us HERE with ideas and details of what you would like made. You can view examples of work HERE.

PAYMENTS

At the current time, we only accept payments through Paypal.

SHIPPING

Please note shipping cost and time varies according to the item and location.

Average shipping time is 1-2 weeks and is sent by Royal Mail recorded post. Currently we only sell what we have in stock.

TRACKING
Uk Orders.

All shipping is recorded. If you want something posted immediately, do contact us as we will do our very best to accommodate it.

International Orders

Will be sent through Airsure or Airmail. This may mean that it would take a further 5 working days to be delivered. However, we cannot guarantee it will be delivered within the time frame. We still make sure that they are insured and tracked to maintain our good customer service.

RETURNS
We do our very best to maintain the high standard of workmanship. All items are made in the United Kingdom, in the De Góis studio. Look after it and it will last a very long time. Elements such as print may vary as every procedure is done by us.

Refunds are offered to items that are not customised to you. Contact us immediately through the contact section with the details. We will guide you in the process of returning your item. Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. We do exchange on products that are not customised.

Refunds or exchanges will happily be given on items which are returned in the same condition you received them, unworn and unmarked with the tag still attached. Items such as breifs and earrings are not returnable for hygiene reasons.
